De-Alcoholised wine is simply wine without the alcohol. This is entirely different from the Non Alcoholic grape juice. There is NO fermentation in grape juice.
The process of making alcohol removed wine involves vacuum distilling at low temperatures AFTER the fermentation which preserves its flavors and remains all it’s tannic properties. There are numerous types available, including red. white, bubbly, sparkling dealcoholised wines.
