Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are among the most widely grown, widely known, and widely enjoyed grapes for red wine. The flavours and aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon wines include vanilla, currants, and even green bell pepper if made form under ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
A nice fruity alcohol free red wine typical of a table wine. It is clean on the palate and has a long finish. The nose is raspberry and red currant like a Baco Noir. It would go well with red meats. Excellent with salads and light sandwiches and pastas made with cream sauces.
Chardonnay [Shar-doe-NAY], in general produces wines, which are dry to medium dry with pear, apple, tropical or citrus fruit flavors. When little to no oak aging occurs, Chardonnay tends to be more crisp and fresh. With extensive oak aging, they become creamy and buttery with vanilla, spice and oak flavors. Chardonnay is the world’s most popular white wine grape and it is grown in virtually every wine-producing region.
A clear, fruity wine that is typical of this German grape. It is clean on the palate and has a long finish. The nose is reminiscent of green apples, citrus and green berries. It would go well with fowl, fish, and white meats. Excellent with salads and light sandwiches and some Chinese and Indian dishes and of course it is dealcoholized.
